COVID-19 Customer Update 23/09/20
We hope that all our customers continue to stay safe and well during these unique and challenging times.
At this time, the majority of our staff remain working remotely, with minimal staff office based for essential activities such as key release for contractors etc. Please note that our offices are not yet generally open for owner visits or payments.
This current position may create some logistical issues with communications and distribution of correspondence, billing and information from James Gibb.
We have invested heavily in resource, carried out various amendments to offices (examples being all our offices have been fitted with screens per desk) and invested in software and hardware to safely return our staff to the offices where possible, whilst addressing all communication issues.
We have managed to sustain our core services throughout the current climate, ensuring that all our customers and developments continue to get as close to the service delivery as possible. Some suppliers may also adjust their service based on geographical guidance and we will endeavor via the James Gibb Team to keep you updated.
We would again encourage all homeowners to sign up for electronic communications by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and sign in to your James Gibb + portal, using your account number and JG+ reference (available on direct communications and invoices). This will give you access to real time updates on various issues, including COVID-19. You will find information regarding the status of each of our offices on the portal.
We are working extremely hard on strategy to ensure that we continue to provide the efficiencies in the service delivery in a very challenging environment, We remain grateful to our customers/clients for their recognition of the difficulties of the logistical variances.
