Emergency assistance

James Gibb operates an Emergency and Out of Hours Control Centre providing a 24hour, 365day customer service helpdesk facility for all emergencies such as Fire, Storm, Flood etc., which may arise over the holiday period.

Please call 0333 240 8325 for emergency assistance. Please note that non-emergency calls will not be dealt with outwith the office hours stated above and the helpdesk will advise you to contact us when the James Gibb office re-opens.

Homeowner Introduction Pack

As your purchaser takes ownership of their new home, they will want to have a full understanding of the factoring process and its associated costs. To help in this process we provide the homebuilder sales team with our ‘Homeowner Introduction Pack’ which contains open, honest and transparent detail on the anticipated service charge budgets for the development, as well as detailed information on the levels of service provision they will receive from James Gibb as their property manager.

As we have great experience of managing developments of all shapes, sizes and property combinations, we can appropriate estimated service charges, with confidence.

Annual General Meetings

On completion of a development, we communicate with all homeowners to arrange an inaugural Annual General Meeting and always encourage the formation of an owners’ association or representative committee.

Introducing the team

We appoint and provide details of the dedicated Development Management Team, who will have responsibility for the development’s property management and factoring requirements.
