Our team is growing, and so are we!
As a company, we’ve come a long way in a short space of time. Only six years ago, we had one office in Edinburgh and managed around a fifth of the properties we manage now across our three offices in the Capital City, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
Last year, we were proud to reach a significant milestone in the number of units we manage across our three cities of operation and surrounding areas. We are now on par with some of the largest companies within our industry in Scotland, however being the biggest is not as important as being the best, neither is it our aim. Since we were established in 1872, our core values of integrity, quality, performance and clarity have always been at the core of what we do, and this carries through to everything we do as factors in the present day.
James Gibb’s vision is to be the number one property factor of choice within our operating areas. To us, this means providing excellent customer service and customer value, as well as looking after our people to do the best job they can every day.
We’re delighted to have recently welcomed a host of new team members and senior appointments across our offices. We’ve welcomed Suzanne Cameron as our new Operations Director in our Aberdeen office, and David Lamb as our new Finance and Acquisitions Director, alongside great talent for our Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Support Services teams to provide our customers with the very best service. We’re also pleased that our Managing Director, Nic Mayall, has recently been appointed as Vice President of the Property Managers Association Scotland (PMAS).
As we continue to grow, we look forward to the challenges and highlights the forthcoming year may bring in striving to be number one!
