Emergency assistance

James Gibb operates an Emergency and Out of Hours Control Centre providing a 24hour, 365day customer service helpdesk facility for all emergencies such as Fire, Storm, Flood etc., which may arise over the holiday period.

Please call 0333 240 8325 for emergency assistance. Please note that non-emergency calls will not be dealt with out with the office hours stated above and the helpdesk will advise you to contact us when the James Gibb office re-opens.

Insurance Policy Information at James Gibb +

The annual insurance policy renewal takes place on 28th May each year.

Details of the policy renewal will shortly be uploaded to your JG+ portal. The documents include insurance renewal letters from James Gibb and Marsh and certificates of insurance including Buildings, Property Owners Liability and Lift/Engineering Inspection & Insurance Policies as applicable to your property.

The policy wordings and summary of cover are also available for review.
