How to report Repairs and Maintenance

At James Gibb we understand the importance of homeowners being able to communicate with us easily to ensure that any maintenance and repairs within your development are actioned promptly. This is why we have a number of communication options which allow homeowners to contact us and report these issues, not just within office hours but also outwith and at a time which suits your lifestyle. 

Requests for routine repairs can be made using the following communication methods.

By email or letter to your regional office: 65 Greendyke Street, Glasgow, G1 5PX 4 Atholl Place, Edinburgh, EH3 8HT 27 Chapel Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1SQ Unit J, Tayside Software Centre, Prospect Business Centre, Gemini Cres, Dundee, DD2 1TY

If you are unsure which Regional Office manages your development, this information can be found at the foot of your last service charge invoice.  

  • Via our website, choose the “Request a Repair” option
  • By phone to 0333 240 8325 where you will be asked to select your Regional Office
  • By advising your development manager during a routine inspection of your building
