Direct Debit Review
We recently commenced our annual Direct Debit Review to ensure clients within our arrears billed developments are paying the correct monthly amount to keep their account up to date and ensure no debt accrues.
If you pay your service charge account by direct debit, you may have recently received correspondence from us amending the amount of your direct debit. This amendment is to reduce the requirement for you to pay any surplus.
If your Direct Debit is due to increase, based on the expected annual running costs of your development, we have notified you of the amendment earlier in the month and increased your payment from the 28th January onwards.
