Winter Maintenance Services
As part of our service agreement, we may supply winter maintenance services such as snow clearing or the supply of grit/salt for grit bins. These services are available only when agreed and instructed by a Homebuilder or Residents Association.
James Gibb experiences a high volume of calls and emails during bad weather conditions regarding the supply of additional maintenance services. Homeowners should refer to estimated service charge budgets where available, by visiting your James Gibb+ customer portal to ascertain if we are currently providing winter maintenance services at your development.

Local Councils, responsible for the majority of roadways and footpaths, publish lists of adopted roadways on an annual basis. We encourage residents to check this detail before contacting our offices.
