Winter Maintenance Services
We are fast approaching the winter months and our team of Development Managers are well underway with negotiating service estimates with various suppliers.
As part of our service agreement, we may supply winter maintenance services such as snow clearing or the supply of grit/salt for grit bins. These services are available only when agreed and instructed by a Homebuilder or Residents Association.
James Gibb experiences a high volume of calls and emails during bad weather conditions regarding the supply of additional maintenance services. Homeowners should refer to estimated service charge budgets where available, by visiting your James Gibb+ customer portal to ascertain if we are currently providing winter maintenance services at your development. Please log on to your James Gibb+ Portal to keep up to date with news, information etc. You’ll need your James Gibb account number and your James Gibb+ Reference to log on. These are available on your most recent invoice or on most formal communications you receive from us.
Local Councils, responsible for the majority of roadways and footpaths, publish lists of adopted roadways on an annual basis. We encourage residents to check this detail before contacting our offices.
