Our team are passing their IRPM exams with flying colours!

We are delighted that another couple of our team members have recently passed their Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) Associate exam. Lisa Pieper, Senior Property Manager/Team Leader, and Annie Dunlay, Property Manager, both from our Glasgow office received their results mid-April.

The IRPM is Scotland’s leading professional property management qualification and accreditation. There are four levels of membership, each with their own training and exam requirements; Affiliate, Associate, Member and lastly Fellow. The IRPM leads the factoring industry in Scotland, so we are pleased to now have fourteen members of our staff across our three offices qualified with this industry-leading body.

The Affiliate IRPM exam which Lisa and Annie recently passed is a personal qualification that stays with them as long as they demonstrate a minimum of 15 hours CPD every half year as part of the membership. We encourage all staff to develop their knowledge and skills through IRPM. We are happy to pay for their enrolment as Affiliate members, their subsequent exam fees as they progress from Affiliate to Associate to Member, and their membership subscriptions. We also give them time off to study and prepare for the exams.

We believe investing in our people is important to the business, and our ultimate aim is to have all of our staff across all three offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen qualified at either AIRPM or MIRPM level. These industry-leading qualifications help to equip our staff with the necessary knowledge, skills and expertise to excel in their roles. It allows them to develop themselves and their career, giving them independent professional accreditations, which are well recognised and respected across both the private and social sectors. Our people are at the core of what we do, so we believe it’s vital that we can help them develop their careers whilst continuing to raise the standard of factoring services we provide.
