With this relaunch, we’ve introduced a couple of exciting new online services for our existing clients. These are introduced under a new banner, “James Gibb +” and offer the following:
- Secure customer portal (Click on James Gibb + at the top of our website) – With your unique login, you can view details about your development and property manager. Your Written Statement of Services and insurance schedules are there to view as well as minutes of meetings, letters etc etc. You can also now view your financial statement, download your invoices and make a payment.
- James Gibb + App – All details and functions available through the client portal are also available on the James Gibb + This is available to download from the App store onto your phone or tablet.
We’re continually striving to provide added value for our customers and we are confident that the introduction of James Gibb + provides a huge step forward in our service offering. We hope you give it a try and enjoy using it.
