The care and attention given to the maintenance of open space areas designed for communal use throughout a development are directed by the Property Manager following successful handover with the Homebuilder and the appointed grounds maintenance contractor, ensuring the grounds have been prepared in line with the council approved planting specification and to a standard allowing for suitable onward maintenance, for an on behalf of the co-proprietors.
