International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day is a global day dedicated to recognising the progression and achievements of women throughout the years. This International Women’s Day, we would like to take the opportunity to celebrate the Women behind James Gibb Residential Factors. Based in our 3 offices Glasgow, Aberdeen and Edinburgh, our female staff play an invaluable part in helping form the James Gibb mission, vision and values we have today. Debbie Rummens

Debbie Rummens our Operations Director of our Glasgow office has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry. Morgan Cooper

Morgan Cooper, Operations Director of our Aberdeen office has brought superior leadership skills to the business during a critical transition phase of James Gibb following the acquisition of the Bruce and Partners/Grant and Wilson business and quickly became an integral part to the running of our Aberdeen office. Jeni Bole

Jeni Bole, Operations Manager of our Edinburgh office is exceedingly experienced in factoring, having worked within the industry for over 20 years, making her the most experienced factor in Edinburgh! Jeni continues to manage a small portfolio of developments but is responsible for the day to day management of our two property management teams in our Edinburgh office. Read Jeni’s full bio here

Val Black

Val Black, our Support Services Director successfully manages all of the finance and administration activities for James Gibb as well as IT, compliance internal controls and business improvement.
