Written Statement of Services (WSS) Review
In August 2021, a revised Code of Conduct (partnered with the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011), was issued by The Scottish Government.
This update of the Code necessitated some minor changes to our Written Statement of Services, so we have conducted a full review of our WSS and have now re-issued the document (Issue 12, August 21)
