Emergency Service
James Gibb operates an Emergency and Out of Hours Control Centre providing a 24-hour, 365-day customer service helpdesk facility for all emergencies such as Fire, Storm, Flood etc., which may arise over the Christmas and New Year period.
Please call 0333 240 8325 for emergency assistance. Please note that non-emergency calls will not be dealt with outwith the office hours stated above and the helpdesk will advise you to contact us when the James Gibb office re-opens.
If you live in a retirement development, you should contact your emergency out of hours provider directly, which will be either Appello or Bield.
