Changes to Telephone Payment Line
We have recently made some changes to our telephone payment line.
You will now be asked to confirm the numbers contained within the address and postcode of where your payment card is registered to, as these details may differ from the property we manage on your behalf. These changes will increase security while using your card over the telephone.
To make a telephone payment, please call 0333 240 8325 and choose option 3. You will need your account number which is detailed on all correspondence sent from us.
If you would prefer to pay by Direct Debit, please visit your James Gibb+ portal where the process is quick and simple. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org where our team will set this up for you.
