As the UK lockdown continues, we hope our customers are managing to keep safe and healthy during these difficult times. We remain fully operational as our staff work remotely from their homes. However, due to the circumstances there have been a few key operational changes we have implemented to adapt to the resources we now have access to, and to maintain our high safety standards. One of these is the shift from printed customer communications to digital communications.
In our recent customer updates, we have highlighted the need for customers to sign up to digital communications to allow us to continue to deliver your invoices, documents and important information by email rather than post. The current restrictions in place don’t allow us to carry out mass print runs meaning we are unable to directly contact those who haven’t yet signed up for e-comms.
We would therefore again like to encourage all of our customers, who have not already done so, to sign up for electronic communications by emailing email@example.com.
You can also opt to receive electronic communications through your James Gibb + Client Portal (this can be accessed via our website, mobile app etc. by using your account number and JG+ ref (available on direct communications and invoices).
The Portal provides detailed information about what’s going on in your development. Most importantly, it provides information on what services are ongoing at your development during COVID -19. It also allows you to view your recent invoices and important documents and can be accessed anytime.
Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to digital communications. If you do know of any friends, family or neighbours who are James Gibb customers, please let them know how to receive our communications. Equally, if you do know of any James Gibb customers who perhaps don’t have access to the internet, please keep them up to date with information as best as you can.
