Over the past few years, James Gibb has built up a strong portfolio of developments in various locations across Scotland, with offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. We are now delighted to announce the opening of our newest office in Dundee.
In October 2019, we announced that we had acquired the factoring division of Graham and Sibbald, one of Scotland’s premier chartered surveyors and property consultants, expanding its business into Dundee.
On 27th November, we finally open the doors to our new office, located within the Prospect 3 building in the Dundee Technology Park on the western edge of the city. The new Dundee office is the culmination of several years of building up a vast local portfolio of developments and shows our commitment to offering a localised approach to property factoring. Our base here covers Dundee, Angus, Perthshire and North and East Fife.
The opening of the Dundee office marks another milestone in James Gibb’s expansion plans. With a total of five bases across Scotland, we can consolidate the factoring sector in Scotland to both improve professional standards in the industry and deliver better value to homeowners.
