We are delighted to announce the appointment of David Leese to our senior management team. David joins James Gibb in the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer.
Our continued growth has shown the requirement for this new post and attracting someone of David’s calibre and proven track record represents a significant investment.
David’s role will be focused on system leadership across the whole business, ensuring the business is structured and aligned to deliver the absolute best in customer service for clients and partners. Throughout his 30-year career in the NHS, David has held key senior management positions, including, most recently, the executive post of Chief Officer for the Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP).
As Chief Officer for the Renfrewshire HSCP, he was responsible for the overall delivery of adult social care and community health services in Renfrewshire, managing over 2,200 staff with an annual budget of £250m.
