James Gibb + is an exciting new online service for customers of James Gibb residential factors. It’s designed to give you access to a wide range of development and account information in a simple and easy format, through a secure customer portal.
Key features include:
- Your Property Manager
Your Property Manager details are available, together with contact information which includes a direct e-mail link.
- Development News
Any current development news can be accessed.
James Gibb+ provides a range of development documents such as your Written Statement of Services and your Development Schedule, block Buildings Insurance Schedule and Residents’ Association information (where applicable).
Customers can view and download copies of their recent quarterly charges invoices, view recent credits made to their factoring accounts, and check their current balance.
Secure direct payments can be made to your account via the portal, with credits being allocated in ‘real time’, and a receipt sent to your mobile, by return.
- Your Details
Jame Gibb + allows you to update your contact information (e-mail & telephone number) as well as opting to receive invoices and correspondence by e-mail.
How to Use James Gibb+ in 2 Easy Steps
- On our website, click the new James Gibb+ box at the top right of the homepage. All existing customers are already pre-registered, and logging onto the portal is very easy.
- Enter your James Gibb account number and JG+ reference number to gain access (both are clearly detailed on the top right of your James Gibb invoice).
The James Gibb+ App
We’ve also launched our new James Gibb+ mobile phone app, which contains all details and functions available through the online client portal.
The app can be downloaded absolutely free from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (Android). If you have a smartphone or tablet, the James Gibb+ app is a great way to keep in touch with us when you’re on the move, and provides all the main features of the portal whilst also providing a quick and easy way to check your balance and settle your account.
